My car salesman Johnathan H was great—quick, efficient, and easy to work with. The buying process itself went smoothly. There were a few scratches on the car that weren’t noticeable in the pictures, which I later realized were left out but overall I was still happy with the deal since I primarily did alot of the negotiating and questions over the phone due to being away at college. About seven days after I drove off the lot, I noticed one of the speakers was blown or just had an issue. I brought it back in and the service rep guy seemed a bit uninterested or zoned out when I was explaining what was wrong and given my previous experiences with car repairs I expected them to not care enough to find the problem. However, the technician who actually worked my car, Corey I believe, was amazing. He was attentive, took the time to listen, found the issue, and clearly explained the next steps in the case that my cracked speaker wasn’t the only problem affecting my sound system.

I recently picked up a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Jonathan at the Middle Island location. Excellent customer service all around from all the employees but especially from my salesmen Jonathan. He went above and beyond, he showed me all different options, and all the features in the truck. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealer. Jonathan is a great example of what customer service should be. I am already recommending him to my family and friends when they need a new car.

I just bought a great used Rav-4 here and Ryan was super helpful and nice. Also, Alan the insurance rep was very patient and helpful. Michael in finance gave us many options and was very dedicated to helping us. Would definitely return here!

BEST DEAL AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ME IN SUFFOLK. I decided to purchase my RAV4 with CHRIS PHIPPS after visiting all five Toyota dealerships in Suffolk County. My search aim was good price and excellent customer service. Chris provided me with both. His price was not the lowest, but he convinced me that it was the best deal. My wife and I liked very much to work with him. He inspires trust in what he offers ( no BS, no pressure, just facts ) and a sincere willingness to help us in any way he could.
