Ralston, the sales manager, was incredibly personable and fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand my uncle’s needs and made sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Michael, the finance manager, was equally wonderful — he clearly explained all the numbers, walked us through the contract, and made sure nothing felt rushed or confusing. And Alan truly went above and beyond by helping my uncle secure insurance, which was a huge help and greatly appreciated. This dealership has an excellent team that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! They were one of the very few dealers willing to provide a drive out price, which was accurate. No surprises. They definitely had the best price! We drove 2 1/2 hours each way to pick up the vehicle. We did most of the document signing online. So, we only spent about 15 minutes at the dealership! Outstanding Customer Service! I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross from Jonathan, and the full process was very smooth and quick. I decided that day I would purchase the vehicle, and I was out within no more than 2 hours. Jonathan has called me since then to check up and ensure I was happy with everything. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is that during my experience, the employee helping me with car insurance rates (can’t remember his name) was very impatient and even hung up on one of the insurance companies because they were taking “too long.”

10/10 experience at Sunrise Toyota North. Ralston Dunn was experienced, kind, and most importantly, HONEST (yes, a salesman that doesn’t BS you). His manager Greg also made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. They even helped me call my insurance company to explain my coverage, which I really appreciated. The finance department was transparent and not pushy at all. He walked me through all my options, ran the numbers, and showed me different term payments so I could choose what worked best for me. Super smooth experience from start to finish.

Jonathan H. provides the most outstanding service! About 3 years ago, I needed assistance when my lease ended and the car was registered out of state. Jonathan's assistance at the time was well above and beyond. Having such an impressionable experience, I returned this week to talk about options (either buying out the lease or going into a new one). Jonathan welcomed me back like an old friend, provided his signature world class service and in less than an hour, I was able to make a well informed decision.
