My husband and I recently bought a 2026 RAV4 with Ralston and had a top-notch experience from start to finish! As a first time car-buyer I entered the process with as much education as possible. I quickly learned that not all dealerships are created equal and you really have to watch for red flags. I started with my local dealerships and found out that they were all charging crazy mark-ups and were using pressure sales tactics. I was about to give up on Toyota completely until I branched out my geographic search and found Ralston at Sunrise Toyota North. He was very clear over the phone about the expected price of the car and was happy to send me the itemized quote. He was extremely responsive over text and got us exactly what we wanted. Most of the business was able to be done over the phone since I was not local and my experience in the actual dealership when my car was delivered was seamless! Thank you also to Mike in the finance office who was very clear and did not try to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. If we are ever in the market for another Toyota, we will be coming to Ralston first!

This was my first time buying a car myself, and it was a great first experience. It was the easiest and fastest car buying experience. I did have to wait for the car to get delivered but the financial transaction itself was wonderful. Damont was awesome and kept me updated on the status of the delivery. When it arrived, i went to the dealership to finalize everything and the price I was given on the first day did not change. Went to go look at potential cars to purchase. Knew we wanted a Toyota. Had no idea this location was even there. So close. Staff were very friendly. Welcoming. We had the luxury of working with Tristan. He said he was new, but we couldn’t tell. He was very nice and informative. Went on 2 test drives. Never pressured us or anything. Just asked what we were looking for and showed us options that fit us and our needs. He expanded the search and looked 400 miles radius. Was even willing to drive to different states and pick up something if we really wanted it if he didn’t have what we wanted on the lot. Definitely a pleasure to work with. Ended up walking away with 2 brand new 2026 cars.

We purchased our new Rav4 Hybrid from Toyota Sunrise North recently and our experience has been great.
