BEST DEAL AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ME IN SUFFOLK. I decided to purchase my RAV4 with CHRIS PHIPPS after visiting all five Toyota dealerships in Suffolk County. My search aim was good price and excellent customer service. Chris provided me with both. His price was not the lowest, but he convinced me that it was the best deal. My wife and I liked very much to work with him. He inspires trust in what he offers ( no BS, no pressure, just facts ) and a sincere willingness to help us in any way he could. My car salesman Johnathan H was great—quick, efficient, and easy to work with. The buying process itself went smoothly. There were a few scratches on the car that weren’t noticeable in the pictures, which I later realized were left out but overall I was still happy with the deal since I primarily did alot of the negotiating and questions over the phone due to being away at college. About seven days after I drove off the lot, I noticed one of the speakers was blown or just had an issue. I brought it back in and the service rep guy seemed a bit uninterested or zoned out when I was explaining what was wrong and given my previous experiences with car repairs I expected them to not care enough to find the problem. However, the technician who actually worked my car, Corey I believe, was amazing. He was attentive, took the time to listen, found the issue, and clearly explained the next steps in the case that my cracked speaker wasn’t the only problem affecting my sound system.

I had a great experience at Sunrise Toyota North while helping my uncle purchase a brand-new car. The entire team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. Ralston, the sales manager, was incredibly personable and fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand my uncle’s needs and made sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Michael, the finance manager, was equally wonderful — he clearly explained all the numbers, walked us through the contract, and made sure nothing felt rushed or confusing. And Alan truly went above and beyond by helping my uncle secure insurance, which was a huge help and greatly appreciated. This dealership has an excellent team that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
