Ralston is the absolute best! He’s thorough, fair, helpful, and an all around really nice guy. He never pressured us once throughout the sales process. We ordered our cars in July and knew we’d have a September delivery. He kept us informed along the way. I will never go to another Toyota dealer! The entire process was terrific.
