Will never go to another Toyota dealership again. Damont and the entire team at Sunrise Toyota North were kind, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. From the very beginning there were no games or BS. Getting a RAV4 Hybrid on Long Island can be tricky, but here it was a breeze. Demont kept me updated every step of the way and I was in and out in less than 2 hours when the car arrived. Again, no games, no added fees on MSRP, no upselling. I was shocked at how easy the process could be here. Don’t go anywhere else!

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Sunrise Toyota North after working with Ralston for many years. Communication with Ralston was easy, he explained all the different trims and we talked about which vehicle would best meet my needs as a working mom. Ralston ensured everything went smoothly when I came to pick up my new Rav 4. From coordinating with my car insurance, and working through the numbers with finance, every gentleman at Sunrise Toyota North was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. Everyone helped me make informed decisions and the purchase was seamless from start to finish. My salesman, Ralston, even followed up the next day which I appreciated. I think its important to note that I live in NJ, but it was completely worth it to come to Middle Island to do business here and I highly recommend Sunrise Toyota North to anyone looking for a vehicle. I am so happy that we visited Sunrise Toyota North for our Toyota camry hybrid 2026 car. We visited so many Toyota car dealers in the area and only felt comfortable and content after visiting SUNRISE TOYOTA NORTH IN MIDDLE ISLAND. Jonathan Heredia and Greg the sales manager are the 2 people we primarily worked with. Jonathan was so professional, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly patient in our car purchase journey. He never made us feel rushed, gave us space to think and experience the test drive. When we told him the particular car we wanted, he and Greg the manager went out of their way to look for the exact car we wanted not only in NY and but neighbouring states too. Their relationship with other car dealers are also robust enough that if no one can get a particular car - i know these guys can. You can also feel the transparency in financing and other dealings. We got our car much sooner than they promised (within 3 days when they had said 7 days). We picked our car on a snow storm day, they still made sure the staff working was updated and made sure of smooth transition in the financial process as well as getting the car ready to give us. I felt like they value their customers a lot which makes me feel to go back for my next car whenever i am ready. They are very good in followup even after the purchase of the car which reflects their confidence in the business they run and the customers they build relationship with. I wish them all the BEST!
