Will never go to another Toyota dealership again. Damont and the entire team at Sunrise Toyota North were kind, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. From the very beginning there were no games or BS. Getting a RAV4 Hybrid on Long Island can be tricky, but here it was a breeze. Demont kept me updated every step of the way and I was in and out in less than 2 hours when the car arrived. Again, no games, no added fees on MSRP, no upselling. I was shocked at how easy the process could be here. Don’t go anywhere else!

Antonio Santos is the best sales consultant I've ever dealt with! He asked about my driving habits and usage, how often and how far I travel, and then listened to my answers and found a vehicle that matched what I needed. This is my 2nd time purchasing from Sunrise Toyota North after working with Ralston for many years. Communication with Ralston was easy, he explained all the different trims and we talked about which vehicle would best meet my needs as a working mom. Ralston ensured everything went smoothly when I came to pick up my new Rav 4. From coordinating with my car insurance, and working through the numbers with finance, every gentleman at Sunrise Toyota North was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. Everyone helped me make informed decisions and the purchase was seamless from start to finish. My salesman, Ralston, even followed up the next day which I appreciated. I think its important to note that I live in NJ, but it was completely worth it to come to Middle Island to do business here and I highly recommend Sunrise Toyota North to anyone looking for a vehicle. Service is always exceptional here but this time I felt a little deceived. Went in for an oil change and asked about the cost. Representative told us $100. I asked about any specials or coupons and was told that was the special price. After the car was looked over, he came back with a couple of additional items that needed attention. We decided to have those things done as well after hearing the cost. He told us he could give us a $50 discount and that we also had accumulated some Toyota points. After receiving the final invoice I didn't see ant discount or points applied so called the service department and was told the $50 was reflected in the price charged to my credit card not displayed on the invoice. He also said that $50 was our points and not a $50 discount as we expected. Better accountability is required here.

Jason Intelisano has been great all around. He has helped me through the process of replacing a vital component in my vehicle. He made arrangements to have me on a loaner vehicle till the parts arrived and were installed in my vehicle. Jason was constantly in contact with me throughout the whole process and reassured me that everything was being done necessary to make sure I stayed up to date with everything till the time the car was fully repaired and ready to pick up. There is not enough words to describe how Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism Jason has provided and would definitely recommend anyone to deal with Jason directly to handle their car needs. My husband and I went in to Sunrise because we were recommended by a friend who had a good experience with Ryan Matthews. So went and looked around but we hadn't made a decision so we decided to return at another time and there was no pressure and he was so polite. I made my decision right there that we would buy our car from them just because of his disposition. We had horrible experiences at other places on our search so we went back to Sunrise Toyota after making an appointment with Ryan. We bought a beautiful brand-new 2026 Toyota C-HR SE. Our very first electric baby!!! We went through financials with Mike who was super professional and handled us with care. Alan helped us out with insurance. He is very experienced and knows exactly what he is doing. It was a great experience and Sunrise Toyota North should value people like Ryan because it's not the cars that bring people in but customer service. We are so happy with our purchase. I swore I would never buy from a dealership but this place kept beating everyone on a 2026 AWD BZ. John Colonna exceeded our expectations and got us in a new car within days. This was my fifth Toyota purchased from Sunrise Toyota North and my salesman was Ralston Dunn three of those times. Ralston has always been very professional and helpful in choosing my cars, and following through with keeping me informed of the progress of the cars being built for my order. The newest purchase was for my spouse and he spent over an hour going over all the details with the car and setting up the Toyota CarPlay app. If I purchase another car, I would contact Ralston again.
